All online orders are made-to-order and will ship out within 72 hours if your order is in stock and once your payment has been processed. In the instance that your order may be out of stock, it can take up to two weeks to make, ship and receive the item. This will be determined based on the labor intensity and if materials are available for your particular piece. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial deliveries depending upon stock availability.
Each piece of jewelry made by Love Is A Devil is handcrafted with care so please treat your piece with care. Natural stones and chain are used in many of our pieces and these need to be treated delicately. Love Is A Devil recommends that you treat our jewelry with proper care, wipe down with a soft jewelry cloth after each wearing and store in a safe place. Lotions and perfumes can also help age your Love Is A Devil jewelry piece, so please use sparingly when wearing Love Is A Devil jewelry. All of our jewelry is NICKEL FREE. Some items may contain sterling silver and these items are clearly labeled in product descriptions. All items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. If you would like shipping overnight or outside of the United States, please email Love Is A Devil at info@loveisadevil.com.

All payments are processed via Paypal Standard and you may also make your purchase via your Paypal account in addition to credit cards listed. There is no requirement to create an account. All payment information will be on a secured sever with an SSL Certificate for customer safety and security. Once your payment has been processed, you will automatically be redirected to Loveisadevil.com.
Love Is A Devil and Loveisadevil.com will accept items for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new and saleable condition with no blemishes, cracks, damage or odor.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are FINAL. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a Love Is A Devil credit via email valid for online use. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.
We will repair any design purchased through Loveisadevil.com or through a retail setting. Please email info@loveisadevil.com regarding repair to receive a return authorization. Please note that because Love Is A Devil uses many natural stones and the items are handmade, there will be natural blemishes or scratches on the stone, which add to the ambiance of the piece. Love Is A Devil will not repair a stone that has a natural crack or scratch.

Free within 6 months of purchase date, not including shipping.
Any merchandise that is past the 6 month period will be subject to a fee for sourcing materials if they are still available. If the material is unavailable, Love Is A Devil will contact you to see if there is an alternative material, but please note, some material may be no longer available. Fee is determined based on labor intensity and materials used.
